Beard Oil – Rosemary and Clary Sage

Rosemary and Clary Sage is the latest addition to the family of beard oils by Ravenscourt Apothecary. Developed for and tested by several bearded friends and family members, this beard oil is an all-natural conditioner for your – or your significant other’s – facial hair.

ACTIVE INGREDIENT MAGIC

Rosemary is one of the best herbs known to humanity when it comes to growing healthy, strong hair (including on your face!). It is a very powerful antioxidant, so it combats free radicals and can replenish lost nutrients in your beard. It makes your beard grow faster and appear  healthy and luscious by stimulating the hair follicles.

Clary sage is another fantastic herb that works wonders for boosting hair growth. It works in a way remarkably similar to rosemary, and the two are a great combination. Plus, it just smells good – light and herbacious.

Other ingredients are aimed at conditioning and smoothing your beard.

Jojoba oil (which is actually a liquid wax) most closely resembles natural sebum, making it an excellent skincare ingredient. Macadamia oil takes care of the skin underneath, helping prevent and eliminate dandruff or dryness. Organic cold-pressed avocado oil is easily absorbed into the beard without a hint of greasiness.

HOW TO USE

A little goes a long way! It is best applied after a shower, when your pores are open. Rub a few drops between the palms of your hands and apply to your beard. It will absorb very quickly and leave your facial mane looking and feeling cared for.
