I have tried so many Earl Grey lip balms and most of the time I’m disappointed. I’ve finally found the one Earl Grey lip balm to rule them all! Herbal, citrus, and the slightly astringent character of bergamot pervades this lip balm in way that will remind you of brewing your favorite cup of Earl Grey in the morning. As with all of the lip balms sold here, this lip balm is moisturizing without being greasy. A unisex fragrance that can be appreciated by anyone who enjoys Earl Grey tea.

I kind of forgot that bergamot is the main element of Earl Grey tea and bought this lip balm thinking it would be quite citrusy like orange or lemon. However, I actually prefer the subtler, more complex flavour of bergamot in this lip balm and am so glad I purchased it as something a little different! It is moisturising and occlusive (keeping in moisture) with absolutely no greasiness, it smells/tastes absolutely lovely, with a slightly sweet, perfumed taste of bergamot without being too overpowering. The packaging is beautiful as well which first drew me in to Ravenscourt Apothecary. I highly recommend this lip balm to not just lovers of Earl Grey tea, but anyone looking for a classically flavoured, unisex lip balm that is not too sweet or overpowering.
