Activated Charcoal may be good at filtering out the nasties in your water pitcher, but it works the same way when used in skincare: it is a special ingredient in this soap. With an increased porous surface compared to regular charcoal, it draws out the impurities and deeply cleanses the skin. It is suitable for problem, acne-prone and sensitive skin.
Activated Charcoal soap is unscented, as even natural organic essential oils can sometimes cause irritation; and the only thing that renders the bars black is the activated charcoal itself. Rest assured, it rinses clean and does not stain.
Other skin-loving ingredients unrefined shea butter and olive oil, and the soap gently cleans without drying the skin out.

Both the packaging and product are beautiful. Leaves the skin feeling soft and not at all dry, which you experience with traditional soaps. I will definitely be repurchasing.
