Ravenscourt Apothecary is hosted on WordPress Inc and operated using WooCommerce.
They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through WooCommerce data storage and databases. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment Gateways.
We use PayPal to process your payment. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). If you are located in the UK or EU you also have the option to pay by a direct bank transfer, therefore bypassing the need for a payment gateway. Any information you share to complete the payment is then stored and/or used by your financial institution.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in this Privacy Policy. However, we may also retain this information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.
